Meet The Owners:

Allie Green & Laura Sipp


The Recovery Rig was built by athletes—for athletes, and healthy minded individuals.


Allie Green is a firefighter-paramedic, wife, and mom who lives in high-performance environments—on duty and off. From elite gymnastics and springboard diving to collegiate rugby and Ironman competition, her foundation was built on discipline, grit, and pushing limits. Today, she continues that standard as a competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and coach. Years of training, competing, and operating under pressure made one thing clear: if you’re not prioritizing recovery, you’re leaving performance on the table.


Laura Sipp is a co-owner, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt, and former personal trainer with over a decade of experience in strength, combat sports, and performance-based training. Her journey started in boxing and evolved into a lifestyle centered on consistency, resilience, and intentional training. As a wife and mom, she understands the balance it takes to perform at a high level—and the role recovery plays in sustaining it. Her mindset is simple: train with purpose, recover with intent, and show up ready.


Together, they created The Recovery Rig—Phoenix’s first high-end, woman-owned mobile recovery trailer—to raise the standard. This isn’t an afterthought. This is part of the work.
